The contract between you and DomaineGoat LLC for the services of Pearlcay, in short numbered sections.

**Quick answer — What do the Pearlcay terms say, in short?**

Under these terms of 2 November 2026, the domain is registered in your name, you pay from a crypto balance (minimum top-up $25), and you can move the domain away with a free transfer code. Pearlcay registers short country-code domains (.ai, .io, .gg, .sh and more) with no KYC, paid in crypto.

## 1. Who we are

Pearlcay is run by **DomaineGoat LLC**, a company incorporated in Panama. Here, "we" refers to DomaineGoat LLC and "you" to the account holder. The terms cover pearlcay.com and its client area.

Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner. Each domain is therefore subject to ICANN rules, and DomaineGoat LLC itself has no ICANN accreditation. Topping up a balance or placing an order means you agree to these terms, to the [acceptable use policy](https://pearlcay.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable use policy") and to the [privacy policy](https://pearlcay.com/legal/privacy/ "Privacy policy").

## 2. Services

Pearlcay provides:

- new registrations, in every extension on the [pricing page](https://pearlcay.com/pricing/ "How much does a short domain cost per year?");
- renewal by hand, or automatic renewal from your balance, switched on or off for each domain;
- transfers in and out;
- DNS: free DNS hosting with A, AAAA, CNAME, ALIAS, MX, TXT, NS, SRV and CAA records, one-click templates (Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, Shopify, Proton Mail, Fastmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail), or your own nameservers (2 to 13);
- free URL forwarding and email forwarding from the client area;
- WHOIS privacy at no cost wherever the registry permits it;
- the Domain protection option (section 7).

Each registry also sets rules for its own extension. For example, .ai needs 2 years at least, and some registries, such as .gg, can refuse a name. Those rules bind your domain as well.

## 3. Identity and email

We ask for no identity document, no selfie and no ID number. Without Domain protection, you are the registrant of record of each domain you buy.

Every domain needs one working email address, which must be verified. This address is the only contact data we hold. Note that the registrant email is verified after registration, as ICANN rules require (within 15 days). An unverified address can lead to the suspension of the domain until it is confirmed.

Keep access to your account safe. We never ask for your password, your account number or your domain transfer (EPP) codes by email or chat.

## 4. Prices and payment

All prices are per year in US dollars; the [pricing page](https://pearlcay.com/pricing/ "How much does a short domain cost per year?") lists them, and a .ai costs $86.99/year, sold for at least 2 years. Each extension shows its renewal price beside its first-year price. An order for several years costs the first-year price plus one renewal price for each extra year.

We accept crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). Orders are paid from a prepaid balance, and each top-up is at least $25. Send the exact amount shown, on the right network; the order page shows each step, and the top-up is credited once the network confirms it.

**Balance rule.** Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new domains, renewals and transfers. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

## 5. Registration, renewal and expiry

A domain is registered usually within minutes of the top-up being credited; a few island registries (.gg among them) can take up to a day to confirm a new name. Also, if a domain cannot be registered (taken in the meantime, refused by the registry), the full amount goes back to your balance.

Each domain runs for the term you paid. Auto-renew needs enough balance on the renewal date; without it, the renewal does not happen. Once a domain expires, its registry applies its own grace and redemption periods, and some registries charge a restore fee.

## 6. Transfers

You can move any domain to another registrar. The transfer (EPP) code is free, requested from the client area, and leaving costs nothing. ICANN rules block a move to another registrar for 60 days after the registration or transfer of a generic domain. While a UDRP case runs, the locked domain stays where it is.

## 7. Domain protection

Domain protection costs +$29 per year and per domain, added to the price of the domain. It works as follows:

- **DomaineGoat LLC is the registrant of record.** You remain the beneficiary and keep managing DNS, nameservers and renewals from your account.
- **Free return to your own name.** On request, we make you the registrant at no cost; the registry can then ask for your name and address.
- **The transfer (EPP) code stays free**, so you can still leave for another registrar.
- **The transfer lock is on.**
- **Minimal data.** DomaineGoat LLC holds only your email.
- **A person reads every complaint.** Every complaint is read by a person before any action on the domain; this review exists only with the option.

The option gives no exemption from the [acceptable use policy](https://pearlcay.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable use policy"): its rules and timings stay the same. In a UDRP case, the complaint names DomaineGoat LLC as registrant, and the panel's decision is carried out. Some registries require a name and an address, so these extensions are sold only with Domain protection: .cc. Details: [what is Domain protection](https://pearlcay.com/domain-protection-option/ "What is Domain protection, and do I need it?").

## 8. Acceptable use and disputes

The [acceptable use policy](https://pearlcay.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable use policy") applies to each domain. Reports of phishing, malware, botnets or fraud against victims are acted on within 24 hours of a well-documented report, and child sexual abuse material is handled immediately, with a report to the competent hotline or authority. A trademark dispute goes through the UDRP; the domain is locked within 2 business days of a request from a UDRP provider.

## 9. Your data

We release the data we hold only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case. The [privacy policy](https://pearlcay.com/legal/privacy/ "Privacy policy") lists what we collect and who receives it.

## 10. Changes and contact

These terms change when ICANN rules, registry rules or our services change. This page is dated, and the latest date marks the version that applies. A term you have already paid keeps the price you paid for it.

Support: support@pearlcay.com. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with DNS, transfers and renewals. Abuse reports: abuse@pearlcay.com. More on the [contact page](https://pearlcay.com/contact/ "How do I contact Pearlcay?").
