Quick answer
What does Pearlcay do with my data?
As of 2 November 2026, Pearlcay collects 1 email address per domain, required, verified and kept private, and no ID document, selfie or ID number. Searched names are not logged. We release the data we hold only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Pearlcay registers short country-code domains (.ai, .io, .gg, .sh and more) with no KYC, paid in crypto. DomaineGoat LLC, incorporated in Panama, runs Pearlcay and is responsible for your data. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner. Write to [email protected] about any question in this policy.
2. What we collect
- An email address for each domain. It is required, verified and kept private, and it is the only contact data we hold. Note that the registrant email is verified after registration, as ICANN rules require (within 15 days).
- Domains and settings: your domains, their DNS records, forwarding rules, renewal choices and orders.
- Top-up records: which coin and network you used, how much you sent and the transaction hash. Anyone can read a blockchain transaction, so these records are public by design.
- Security data needed to protect the client area, kept no longer than that purpose requires.
3. What we never ask for
- identity documents of any kind (passport, ID card, driving licence);
- photos of your face or video calls;
- national, tax or social security numbers;
- bank or card details: we take crypto only;
- your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase.
We never ask for your password, your account number or your domain transfer (EPP) codes by email or chat.
4. Domain searches
The names you type in the search box are not logged. To answer, the server asks the registry's RDAP server first, then a commercial WHOIS service for extensions without a usable RDAP server. That service receives the name only, never your IP address. Each answer is cached for 10 minutes per name, without any link to you. See how it works.
5. Why we use your data
Your data serves one purpose: running your domains. That covers registration, renewal and transfer, DNS and forwarding, crediting top-ups, support, and ICANN duties like the email check. Your data is never sold, and it is not used for advertising.
6. Who receives your data
- Our ICANN-accredited registrar partner receives the registrant record of each domain, built from your verified email.
- The registry of the extension gets that record when it stores registrant data. The .com and .net registries (Verisign) are thin registries: they receive no registrant contact data.
- The public WHOIS and RDAP record shows what the registry and the registrar publish. WHOIS privacy costs nothing wherever the registry permits it, and each registry decides what remains public.
- With Domain protection, DomaineGoat LLC is the registrant of record. The registrar partner and the registry receive the company's details, and DomaineGoat LLC holds only your email.
7. When we disclose data
We release the data we hold only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case. Sending a complaint to our abuse desk gives nobody access to your data.
8. How long we keep it, and your requests
Account and domain data stay as long as the account or the domains exist. After that, only what ICANN rules or the law require is kept, for the period they set.
To see, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected] from the verified email of one of your domains. Deletion has one limit: a registered domain keeps its verified email for as long as it exists.
9. Changes
This policy changes when ICANN rules, registry rules or our services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Prices are on the pricing page; the rules of use are in the terms of service.
